The Weekend Part 2

Thought I better update my bit of the blog since I had forgot.

Well weekend part 2 called for the removal of the othe oil burner in what will become the family sitting room. This used to be the kitchen many years ago and we had been stold it contained a fireplace that was big enough to contain a range-style cooker.

So we started to hack away at the plaster until we found this;

 

So I went to work thinking I had many many weeks of clearing it all out, only to come home the next week-end to this;

So I'm rather chuffed....
